kunnen de waarheid aan het licht brengen. 
Om een persoonlijk schuld in te lossen, neemt CIA agent Jack Begosian (Andy Garcia, Ocean's 13) 
de freelance opdracht aan om Francisco te redden en verzeilt daarbij in een brutale strijd, 
waar hij alles op het spel moet zetten om de doofpot-actie bloot te leggen.
